- Are utilities included?
Yes, utilities (water, sewer, trash, and internet) are included. The tenant pays for gas and electric. - What is the pet policy?
We allow up to 2 pets per apartment. Pets must be 55 lbs or less, with a $50 monthly pet rent and $200 pet deposit per pet. Dogs up to 75 lbs may be permitted in first-floor apartments. Breed restrictions apply. Please contact our office for details. - What school district are you in?
We are in the Monona Grove School District. - Are the buildings secure?
Yes, Waterfront uses the DOOR entry system. Unlock and lock your unit with the DOOR system app, designed for extra security and convenience We also have a package room for a convenient and secure place to retrieve packages 24/7! - Is there electric parking available?
Yes, we have EV parking stalls available for $45 per month. - What does rent include?
Rent includes one underground parking stall and a storage unit conveniently located on the same floor as your apartment.
